What counts as an “active job?”

If you've created a job profile and haven't archived it, it counts as active for that billing cycle.
The moment you archive a job, it stops counting toward your active total. You're billed accurately the next cycle, never for roles you've already closed.

Is there a free trial?
No trial. You pay day 0 and get full access. We'd rather you take the product seriously from day one than chase you through a trial expiration. Cancel anytime if it's not landing.
Cancellation and refunds?
Cancel anytime from your account. Your subscription stops renewing at the next billing cycle. No refund on the current month for monthly plans. 30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans, no questions asked.
Can I pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes, on annual plans. Book a 30-minute call with Luke. We'll send a Stripe invoice with Net 30 terms (ACH or card). Procurement-friendly without making you wait for a sales cycle.
Annual vs monthly?
Annual saves 17% (about two months free). Annual plans also unlock invoice billing. Monthly is card-only and runs month to month with no commitment.
What if I exceed my active-job limit?

Are AI builds really unlimited?
Generously yes, fair use. Each job is rate-limited to 10 AI portal builds per day and 30 per month. Each stage prep generation is 10 per stage per day. Those ceilings are 5-10x what any real recruiter would do, so in practice you'll never hit them.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Add as many recruiters to your account as you need. We charge per active job, not per user.
Are there setup fees or hidden charges?
Nothing hidden. Just the tier price you see. No onboarding fee, no implementation fee, no per-portal fee, no per-seat fee.
